Hi! I’m Taylor!
I am a content creation and marketing professional with a love of video production! I have been making videos since I was nine years old and loved it so much I decided to turn it into my career! My undergraduate studies in Film, TV, and Media Arts along with my graduate degree in Interactive Media and Communications makes me well-versed in the world of content creation and I look forward to applying them further!
Video creation has been a passion of mine ever since I could use the computer. I would spend hours at the family desktop during YouTube's emergence in the late 2000s, observing how other content creators made their videos. I started my first YouTube channel in 2011, creating videos with my toys and the rest is history. From there, I taught myself how to edit, how to properly prepare videos, etc.
I realized I wanted to go into video production at the beginning of high school and took as many classes as I could to prepare myself for college. I was also part of the morning news show, HeartTV, doing things from operating equipment to writing the daily stories.
I committed to Quinnipiac University in 2021 because I knew I would have the most opportunities there AND get two degrees in four years. Since being at QU, I have taken classes such as Single Camera Production, Multi-Camera Production, Visual Design, Screenwriting, Post-Production Techniques, and more! Being at Quinnipiac also gave me opportunities such as being an associate producer for #THAT, our student-run TV station's entertainment news show, working as a production assistant for Quinnipiac Productions, being an admin of the Quinnipiac pages for the Barstool Sports viceroy program, and so much more!
