Ad Journal
Over the course of two months, my team and I conducted extensive outreach to businesses that LOU regularly partners with, as well as other local companies in the area. We engaged with these businesses to secure sponsorships for our gala or encourage them to purchase advertisements. These efforts helped provide businesses with an opportunity to promote their brands and reach high-profile individuals within the Ridgewood, NJ community.
Using Adobe Illustrator, I designed and developed the visual graphics featured throughout the journal, including the black-and-white pathway illustrations and other supporting design elements. I focused on creating graphics that aligned with the gala’s theme of Alice in Wonderland.
I then used Adobe InDesign to assemble and format the completed journal. This included incorporating advertisements, company messages, and other promotional materials from participating businesses. I organized each element to create a cohesive and visually engaging publication while maintaining consistency in layout, typography, and overall design.
Social Media Promotion - Before
Leading up to the Gala, I created social media posts in order to promote the event to a broader audience and get our current audience excited!
Looping Videos
For the entire night, long looping videos showcasing the different aspects of Life Opportunities Unlimited played on large projectors at the front of the venue hall.
Social Media Promotion - After
Following the Gala, I created a series of social media posts using footage I captured as the party began along with media from our vendors, Eclipse Events and Studio 94 Video.
