Photography Club
One of the programs Life Opportunities Unlimited offers for disabled adults is the photography program. While many other disability agencies limit their clients artistic abilities to just arts and crafts, we go above and beyond by allowing them to explore the world through a digital lens.
Every year, the clients get the chance to display the photographs they took at “Art in the Park,” an event that showcases local artists work. The gallery in 2025 was called “Where We Live,” which showcased the landmarks of local towns. Each of the local towns I took clients to was also home to one of LOU’s group homes.
By using adaptive equipment and a variety of angles, each client was able to take magnificent photos that were displayed on October 11th, 2025.
